Energy Star Cash For Appliances - California State Rebate

Earth Day, 2010 - California will implement a mail-in rebate program to help residents replace older, inefficient appliances with new ENERGY STAR® qualified and ultra-efficient appliances.
Starting today, until the funds of $35,267,000.00 run out, consumers who purchase elible refrigerators can get a $200.00 rebate. The purhase of a qualifying clothes washer offer is $100.00 and a qualifying window or room air conditioner is $50.00.

Consumers must provide proof of recycling to receive rebates, and must purchase the appliances from a California retailer
